yet it keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the to-do list or the corner of your desk. The fact is God will be calling you to leave some day. Are you ready?
Answering the following questions may be helpful…
What is your plan for succession (whether you think you will leave in one year or ten)?
Have you discussed it with your board?
What needs to be done? Do you know where to begin?
How prepared are you to mentally, emotionally, and spiritually let go of this ministry you hold so closely?
This mastermind group* will help you think through and prepare to make a plan so you are prepared for that day when God calls you to leave.
Once a month you will gather with other Executive Directors via Zoom for 60 minutes. Those who sign up first will help determine what DAY and TIME we meet.
$100/month to get PEACE OF MIND, with a minimum 6-month commitment.
PLEASE NOTE: With this only one time per month, the expectation is this will be a priority in your life.
