Before becoming a leadership coach, I was an executive director of three non-profit pregnancy center ministries for over 23 years. If you are the leader of a ministry, I get it - intimately understanding the struggles you face. There really can be loneliness at the top! Now as a Professional Certified Coach (through the International Coaching Federation, I serve ministry leaders around the world, helping them find JOY and lead with strength so they can FINISH WELL.
As a Strengths Champion Certified Coach using CliftonStrengths, I walk with individuals and teams and help them discover ways to use their strengths. My top five strengths are: WOO, Positivity, Activator, Belief, and Competition.
As a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Team Member, I ascribe to John’s thoughts about leadership, and incorporate many of his teachings into my coaching style.
When I’m not serving clients, you will find me hanging out with my husband, Steve, my adult kids, or my far away grandson whenever possible. We live in one of the most majestic places - outside Grants Pass, Oregon on the Rogue River. Daily you will find me putting on my crown and serving my King. There is no such thing as a stranger to me, we just haven’t met yet. I love lingering over a cup of coffee - even over Zoom - with deep conversations. You will find sitting by my side as I work from home my Maine Coon cat, Charlie, and my darling labradoodle, Nellie.
