3 simple steps:
We CONNECT through a free 30-minute phone or zoom call to ASSESS where you are as a leader and see if we have the right fit. We consider your dreams and goals while creating a plan for success, which may include both personal coaching and various group programs.
We TALK monthly (sometimes more than once), for a minimum of 6 months, and make progress toward your goals.
We REVIEW the plan, your progress and growth, making adjustments as needed.
